The Little Italy Association (LIA) proudly presents its 14th Annual Festa Celebration in San Diego’s charming neighborhood, Little Italy. Little Italy’s Festa is the largest single-day Italian American festival west of the Mississippi and is expected to attract more than 120,000 to the area this year. Founded in the 1920s, the merchants of Little Italy have kept their heritage alive and continue to share the passion, vibrancy and flavors of Italy with locals and tourists alike. More than 150 food, art and retail vendors will participate in Festa, with special highlights including: Italian FOOD! All local restaurants will be open and overflowing, serving up the best Italian cuisine – everything from pizza and pastries to authentic pastas and calamari! A beer and wine garden will also provide visitors with an exciting venue to mix and mingle. Italian MUSIC! Two entertainment stages will feature an array of talented musicians and performers throughout the day.
